Our original plan was to extend our existing deck by a few metres. The Onestone team got underway with the foundation work. Immediately, we saw how the additional space would completely change our outdoor living options. Our small extension transposed into a full deck replacement and we are delighted we moved down this path. The entire deck area has greatly enhanced our home, giving many entertainment options. The Onestone team are extremely professional, polite and a pleasure to have around our home at all times.

Ben and his team have managed the design and build of landscaping across two properties for us now. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. They are professional at all times, with great attention to detail and quality workmanship. They were involved in an extensive landscaping project in our backyard which involved many weeks of different tradies in and out. Ben and his team were flexible, full of smiles, and worked well with the many other teams coming and going. In this environment, with many building supplies being hard to source, Ben also went above and beyond to find what we were missing so as not to hold up the project. This went as far as sourcing a particular pool gate latch from Facebook marketplace, when no suppliers in the country had the right stock. Thanks to Ben, Murray and all the others for being such wonderful partners in creating our dream backyard. We love the end result.

Ben and the highly skilled, professional team at Onestone Landscapes Ltd delivered an outstanding, fully comprehensive landscaping project that completely transformed my outside space. The project involved extensive wrap around fencing, retained patio with flagstone paving, two large kwila decks with adjoining architecturally designed stairs and glass balustrade, concrete path, bordered gardens, fold down washing line and garden shed. The team was onsite every day and managed by Murray who was a highly competent, hardworking, friendly, patient and approachable foreman. Ben and the onsite team accommodated adjustments, offered advice and suggestions and were always willing to go the extra mile. Neighbouring properties were respected and passers-by applauded progress. Quality materials were used throughout from reputable sources. The whole project was delivered on time, on budget and to spec. You’d be very fortunate to secure the services of this fantastic landscaping team, who I wholeheartedly recommend.

Onestone Landscapes worked with me from the get-go to transform a tired and dilapidated swimming pool area to an outstanding finished outdoor space. Ben is easy-going, he builds a great rapport, takes the time to understand what you want, offers inspiring ideas, and sets a plan in motion, keeping you informed along the way. His team worked hard to get the job over the line; they were totally customer-focused and obliging. I now have a resort-style backyard that I don’t want to leave.

We loved working with Sophie on the redesign of our back garden. We had a lot of requests: we wanted a pool, lots of new decking, covered areas and a turfed area. Her initial designs met our brief really well, but when we decided to do something a bit out of the box to create a unique pool design she rose to the challenge and presented three different options - all of which gave us everything we asked for. She’s a great communicator and was really able to get on board with our vision which made the process really enjoyable and easy. Seeing where we’ve ended up compared to our initial thinking definitely shows the benefits of working with an expert to get the most out of the space you have and achieve a really cohesive, usable outdoor area.

From the beginning of the project through to completion, Ben and Sophie were excellent to work with. They were approachable, professional, and maintained clear communication throughout the entire process. They were always available as key contact points, ensuring any questions or ideas were discussed promptly and solutions were found easily. The project itself has had a significant positive impact on our school environment. Onestone Landscapes created a space that is not only visually impressive but also highly functional and welcoming for our students. Their attention to detail, creativity, and understanding of how children use and enjoy outdoor spaces was evident in the final result. We were extremely impressed with the quality of workmanship, reliability, and professionalism shown by the Onestone Landscapes team and would confidently recommend them to any school, business, or community organisation looking to undertake landscaping or outdoor development projects.
